Electric pallet trucks are battery-powered logistics handling equipment used for efficient and labor-saving horizontal handling and stacking of palletized goods. Compared with manual hydraulic pallet trucks, it significantly improves operational efficiency through motor drive and is suitable for medium and high-frequency handling scenarios.

Motor: DC motor (24V/48V), providing forward/backward power (speed is usually 0-6km/h).
Battery: Lead-acid battery (economical type) or lithium battery (lightweight, fast charging, longer lifespan).
Control unit
Handle: Integrated control buttons (lifting, driving, emergency stop), some models are equipped with a display screen (battery level/fault indication).
Steering system: Servo or swivel wheel design, steering Angle ≥180°.
Fork
Steel forging, typically 1.0-1.2 meters in length, with a load-bearing capacity of 1-3 tons (up to 5 tons for heavy-duty models).
