 Overview of Manual Pallet Jack
Manual pallet trucks, also known as manual hydraulic handling trucks or floor trolleys, are logistics equipment that lift and move palletized goods through manual operation of a hydraulic system. Its core features are no need for power supply, simple structure, and economic practicality. It is widely used in scenarios such as warehouses, supermarkets, and logistics centers.

Core structure
Forks

It is usually forged from steel, with a length of 1.0-1.2 meters (customizable) and a thickness of approximately 5-6cm. Standard pallets (such as European standard/Japanese standard pallets) can be inserted.

Minimum height: approximately 75-85mm, facilitating insertion into the bottom of the pallet.

Hydraulic Pump system

Press the handle manually and lift the fork through the hydraulic cylinder (the lifting height is generally 200mm).

Load-bearing range: 1-5 tons (common models are 2-3 tons).

Wheels:

Nylon wheels (silent) or polyurethane wheels (wear-resistant), the front wheels are steering wheels and the rear wheels are load-bearing wheels.

Operating Handle:

Control the lifting/lowering. Some models are equipped with an emergency lowering valve.
